The user has the right to order goods and services presented by mebeliverona.eu. When placing the order, the user has the right to choose the goods and their quantity, the method and terms of delivery according to the options offered on the site.

At any time before the completion of the order, the user has the right to change the goods and services selected by him.
When placing an order on the site, the user enters into a contractual relationship with mebeliverona.eu, concerning the specific purchase and covered by these General Terms and Conditions, the order is considered to have been placed upon confirmation of the placed order following the instructions on the site;
mebeliverona.eu has the right to change prices at its discretion, at any time, without prior notice to users. The user is obliged to pay the price that was indicated on the site at the time of placing the order, regardless of whether it is lower or higher than the current one. In case of technical errors in the publication of the site, mebeliverona.eu has the right to refuse the execution of the order and does not owe compensation in any way to the user, except to refund the sums paid and/or deposited by the user, if any.
The announcement of reduced prices is by placing the new price next to the old one that has been crossed out. If no term of the reduced price is specified, this price is valid until the quantities are exhausted, but not more than 1 month or 6 months, when it is under the conditions of Art. 66 para. 2 of the PPE.

Delivery of purchased goods
The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out in the way chosen by the user and according to the specified terms. mebeliverona.eu reserves the right to extend the specified terms by up to 7 days without informing the user in advance and to extend the terms beyond 7 days with the prior approval of the user.

mebeliverona.eu reserves the right to change the subcontractor performing the delivery without prior warning to the user, as long as this does not change the method of delivery.

Refusal of purchased goods
The user has the right to refuse one or more of the ordered goods within 14 days of receiving the order, in the event that the given goods are in the form in which they were delivered, if they are packed - the packaging has not been opened (the packaging of the shipment may be opened) and the integrity of any seals, nylon, cardboard (any type of packaging) and labels intended to establish the unpacking or use of the goods has not been violated.

In case of detection of defective goods within 24 hours. upon receipt and, if the commercial appearance of the goods and the packaging is intact, mebeliverona.eu undertakes to replace it with a new one or to refund the amount paid for the goods, in accordance with Article 55 of the Commercial Code, starting from the date on which the user exercised your right of withdrawal. Transport and other costs of receiving and returning the goods are at the user's expense. In case of non-compliance of the goods with the main characteristics indicated on the page, mebeliverona.eu refunds the amount paid for the goods by the user, including the transport costs charged, for the acquisition of the goods in accordance with Art. 59 para. 3 of the PPE and within 14 days of receiving the goods and the undamaged commercial appearance of the goods and packaging.

Submission of the complaint
